Spur pinion gear reducer / orthogonal / for valves

AUMA spur gearboxes finds wide application in the operation of valves (e.g. gate valves, globe valves). The unit offers short-time duty S2 of 15 min (Open-close duty) and intermittent duty S4 of 25 % (Modulating duty). The gears can be operated either in manual operation directly via hand wheel or motor operation (electric multi-turn actuator). The gearbox is designed for for mounting an actuator flange.

The clockwise rotation at the input shaft results in clockwise rotation at the output drive. Reversing gearbox GW 14.1 is used to reverse the direction of rotation of GST 10.1 - GST 30.1. GST 10.1 GST 16.1 feature single stage gearboxes with intermediate wheel. GST 25.1 - GST 40.1 feature double stage gearboxes
