WGS Vacuum Suckers

WGS Vacuum Suckers are available in many different types of material to enable use in variable applications.
In most applications within the plastic industry vacuum is used to grip parts. This is the most simple and cost efficient way when you build a gripper.

Vacuum cups have a low cost of investment and they are easy to replace. They do not require an external sensor to verify that the part is taken by the gripper.

Vacuum suckers can normally be specified in three different categories:

Flat vacuum suckers/WGS-VPK). If the surface which has to be gripped is flat or slightly curved this type of sucker is to be recommended in most cases.

Bellow suction cups(WGS-VBK)
When the surface is curved or when the surface transfers into different radies you should use the bellow type.

Oval suction cups(WGS-VOK)
To get a higher suction force on relatively narrow surfaces than you can achieve with several small round vacuum cups.
