The Nightshade LV 985 is manufactured by Berthold Technologies, and is a modular plant imaging system that is ideal for use in regulating both the luminescence and fluorescence in tissues, seedlings, and whole plants. The unit is integrated with deep cooled slow scan CCD camera with peak sensitivity characteristics that is enclosed in a darkroom, and it can be mounted either on the top or at the side. It also has a •big darkbox •led-based plant illumination that has a daylight simulation function. It incorporates an •X/Y-table and a turning table that is utilized to accommodate a number of sample dishes.

The Nightshade LV 985 features a temperature manipulated table, and it has little degree pfluciferase bioluminescence and chemiluminescence from luminol improved reactive oxygen species that can be regulated.
