DMG Mori presents the latest VIO linear presetting system, which gives an excellent impression because of the Hightech featuring in its standard version. These linear drives have not been used before and provide highest reduction of setup times.

Lengths can be freely selected in the X and Z axes, resulting in highly flexible measurement of tool. It provides peak values of + 1µm repetition measuring accuracy. In comparison to competition, its measuring cycles are 25% faster.

The latest VIO linear has a modular and ergonomic design. When compared with other concepts for presetting tools, it provides much superior accuracy, output, versatility and cost-effectiveness.
