The TSM 280 is a rotary table transfer machine which is highly flexible, has high performance for the production of turned parts in medium and mass production. The large number of variations of possible manufacturing processes with least space requirement makes this machine very efficient and the possibility of the multiple use makes this machine attractive.

Up to 15 work stations can be occupied with units for the working and examination of the parts. This machine has shortest setup time, best accessibility and a modular structure. The machine can be controlled at any time with a PLC or a CNC control.

The central component is its horizontal axis rotary transfer table with 8 or 16 hydraulically operated self-centering clamping units.

Parts are strained with a double clamping plate.

The controlling of the processing units is made with standard curves, hydraulically or by numerical control axes.

Different tools can be placed on the work stations.
