Automatic rotary transfer machine to assemble rotor armatures complete with en fibres and commutator .

BASIC CONFIGURATION

1. Stack selecting station: stack selection from piles of loose laminations. Stack height set by the operator and according to the customer?s needs, with possible stack split rotation ½-½ or ¼-½-¼ to improve stack flatness and balancing. Stack placement on the rotary table.

2. Shaft inserting station: shaft drawn from feeder box and inserted into the stack by means of a hydraulic/hydro-pneumatic/electromechanical press up to the required position, with possible end-laminations coining.

3. Lower end fibre placing station: end fibres singularised by vibrating feeder and placed into the rotary table nest next to the stack formation nest.
