SIKA Turbine flow sensor Type VTR 1010 to 1050 series of turbine flow sensors in stainless steel are used in many areas due to their robust construction and high accuracy. The unit is loaded with features like pick-up mounting facility, several pick-up type accessories etc.

The turbine body is made of brass. The unit accommodates a flow range of 0.11 - 1.1 m³/h to 6.8 - 68 m³/h. The unit houses a nominal diameter of DN 10 to DN 50, pressure rating of 250 bar, BSP ISO 228 or NPT thread type process connection and pressure drop of 280 mbar at 100 % measurement range. It also promises an accuracy of ±0.5 % of measured value.

It operates under a temperature range of -20 to 230 °C. The unit is IP54 / IP67 / IP65 certified and used in applications areas like industrial cooling circuits, petrochemicals and the chemical industry, water treatment and preparation, plastics and hydraulics.
