Ultrasonic flow meter / for gas / flange-mount / in-line

The HyperFlow-US ultrasonic flow meter S is designed to measure the flow rate and volume of natural gas and other gaseous media with reduction to standard conditions. The device consists of a measuring pipe flange (MPF) with attached piezoelectric transducers, a sensor for registering excess and absolute pressure, and a thermotransducer. Depending on the requirements of the consumer the flow meters electronics unit can be either mounted directly on the MPF or placed in a separate unit near the MPF

The device has two independent measurement channels and corresponding MPFs, and a set of additional devices (GSM-modem, spark protection barrier, MODBUS-RTU converter, wired modem, distribution box, etc.) that are available for custom orders. The MPF set is applicable for DN 100-700 at target medium operational pressures of 1.6-10 MPa. The flow meter is explosion-proof in category 1ExibIIAT6H.

Measurements are carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for ultrasonic flow meter measurements, STO Gazprom 5.2-2005 and Methods of measurement using ultrasonic flow meters HyperFlow-US FSUE VNIIR, 2008.
