The FH8300 ultrasonic flow meter is designed to accurately measure flows in low and medium viscosity fluids.

The primary applications for the FH8300 include pipeline leak detection, flow measurement of hydrocarbons in oil production, in chemical, petro-chemical, energy and power plants.

The operating principle of the FH8300 flowmeter is based on the ultrasonic transit time method.

Up to six transducers are used in conjunction with a compact electronics housing to provide the necessary ultrasonic signals.
These transducers are removable under pressure.
