More efficiency due to optimized rotor-stator technology.

Due to its optimum design and the increase of the efficiency of the rotor-stator system, maximum homogenizer rates can be achieved. There is a stepless adaption to the ideal shear energy for the emulsion. Even with high-viscous emulsions, shear speeds of over 50 m/s are achieved.

By

smaller particle sizes,
increased density of particle size distribution,

a considerable production efficiency is achieved.

Thus, finest emulsions are possible even without high pressure homogenizers. Due to the high efficiency and the optimum shear energy, the homogenizer times are reduced considerably.
