SmarAct manufactures positioners suitable for use in applications under normal atmosphere pressure. They can also be produced ready for use in high-vacuum (HV) or ultra-high vacuum (UHV).

The units are available with teflon insulated wire, and micro- and nano-sensors. They come in HV or UHV models. The HV models are supplied for use within a pressure range of 6 mbar to 10 mbar.
