The 7T67-6 by Altechna is a range of single to multi-axis stages. They are equipped with improved stability of precision.

They also feature a compact box design, and a large mounting surface. It can also be simply stacked in an X-Y configuration. The units are made completely of stainless steel, allowing easy adaptation to vacuum applications.

They are provided with travel range of up to 6 mm, reading accuracy of 10 um and tracking accuracy of 2 um. The stages can be used upside-down. In addition, Altechna offers custom-made units to suit the user's specifications.
