The APV DELTA CU4 AS-interface control unit can be used to improve processes in a profitable way. This network connects sensors and actuators quickly and simply, at very low costs. As for the cabling requirements, these are reduced to only one cable with two conductors, which eliminates the risk of wiring mistakes. The cable transmits the signal, providing the component with power.

The unit is often regarded as a standardized network system, supported by leading companies. Apart from the SPX valves, all the actuators, sensors and analog measuring transmitters come equipped with an AS-interface that customers can use to connect to the AS-i network. The APV DELTA CU4 AS-interface can also be used for integration into various networks, including Interbus-S, Profibus, DeviceNet, CAN-Bus and Modbus.
