The PPU-P 10 Unit Pick&Place is integrated in the plug & work all standard sequence programs. This is in addition to rotary and connected gripping modules. When the two cables and the hose are connected, the unit is complete and ready for use. There is no necessity for additional programming work. During every life cycle, the pneumatic solutions that are most conventional seem to loose compressed air within the air supply lines. The VCU version minimizes the compressed energy and air consumption uses five to nine integrated micro valves. The master control system uses the command to perform a cycle that is complete. On the backside of the VCU, in one single line is how all of the valves are supplied. This very compact type performs a complete cycle because of how all the lines are located.
