The VBT machine is a simple, cost-efficient equipment manufactured by Vibrochimica. The flat sided, semi-toroidal bottomed working area of the unit guarantees a homogenous distribution of components and media, which allows optimal use of the full working bowl.

The parts are extracted manually, and in order to make this operation simpler, the equipment can be provided with a reverse facility. Reversing the motor is enabled for encouraging the components being processed to go to the surface of the media. This design allows easier determining and unloading of the components.

The unit is suitable for the processing of medium/large items, where automated unloading has no specific feature, or where unloading over a dam and screen may cause damage to fragile parts.
