Automatic round rod molder

Automatic line working with one operator that enables to manufacture straight or bent taper and shaped round furniture components as well as handles for agricultural tools. This line is made of the following units: double end cutting machine to get parts of the same length, automatic loader for straight and bent parts, milling shaping machine type TS60CN with numeric controls, conveyor belt and loading system for double endshaping machine type EM50V1, loading system for straight and bent parts, sanding machine type LT130 for first rough sanding pass, automatic loader and second sander type LT130 for second finishing sanding pass on the part under process.
