Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer / laboratory

The EDX 3600B is a spectrometer used for testing metals and cement analysis. It is also used for plating thickness analysis and full element analysis and RoHS testing. The spectrometer can measure a total of 81 measurable elements from sodium to uranium. With a precision of 0.01% - .05% deviation, the instrument has a tube voltage of 5 - 50KV and a test time of 30 seconds.

Equipped with a vacuum chamber for precise results, the device is also built with 8 different collimators and 5 different filters for various testing parameters. A computer, printer, and a 20" monitor come with the instrument for free, along with a 1 year limited warranty. The necessary wiring and silver, copper and RoHS standard samples are also provided with the model.
