VarioFlow is a new chain conveyor system designed by Rexroth. It can deal with extreme load capacity as it's chain can reach tensile force of up to 1,250N while being able to convey even small components due to it's almost fully closed chain surface. It is provided with a large range of conveyor modules in order to meet the demands of any application. It can easily be adapted for a specific task, even those that involve very difficult layouts. The on site adaptation is surprisingly simple and normally involves only the exchange of chain or slide rails. It represents a very economical solution and delivers considerably higher performance when compared to other products on the market.
