The Sandvik CoroTurn® HP tool holders are enclosed in a rigid framework to meet specific requirements in different handling applications. Its tool holder comprises of fixed nozzles that guarantee enhanced chip control, process security and optimum productivity with its perfectly directed jets at the cutting zone. The high-pressure coolant partnered with new dedicated insert geometries can increase tool-life performance. These tool holders have same easy to change nozzle technology in all tools to provide an undisturbed chip flow even at lower coolant pressure. Furthermore, these have fixed coolant nozzles that can withstand pressures up to 275 bar/ 4000 Psi.
