The CeramTec offers a wide array of grooving systems that provide excellent external grooving, internal grooving, axial grooving and undercutting with SPK® ceramic cutting materials, CBN and cermets. Their grooving blades comprise of a robust design and convenient clamping system to assure a secured positioning of a grooving insert. They also cater proper allocation of clamp forces that prevent forces such as lateral and tangential. This in turn allows the CeramTec grooving system to machine in methods like exterior and interior grooving. Furthermore, these systems can also provide grooving solutions to V-belt profiles in accordance to DIN 2211 standards.
