Drying oven / cabinet / hot air impingement

Designed exclusively for drying of varnishes, the drying oven from Novatec features different modules. The primary module - Thermo-Ventilation unit - comprises of resistive heating element, heat exchanger, thermostat, thermoregulator, and electronically controlled centrifugal ventilator for circulation of hot air. The oven is usually fitted next to the room used for drying, and the centrifugal ventilator performs forced circulation of hot air from the oven to the room and from outside to the oven through a filter. The secondary module ? Control Unit ? incorporates a start/stop switch, master and heater control switches, thermoregulator controls, and a transponder timer in varnished steel housing. The thermoregulator offers accurate control over ±2°C and the acoustic transponder exactly clocks the time to the end of the drying cycle.
