High Performance Compact (HPCTM) Dryer from Spooner features a wide range of airbar mechanisms engineered to match the whole of transforming applications. Each spooner air flotation mechanism consists of an even heat conveyance, solid web conveyance as well as non-communication performance.

Additionally, the advanced and greater performance dryer comprising of traditional Spooner air flotation airbars are supported by similar amounts of cavity impingement airbars. This technology offers an ultra-heat conveyance capacity leading to reduced equipment lengths and maintain superior non-communication web dealing properties.

Moreover, the modular structure of this dryer enables to offer Spooner drying mechanism within small-scale manufacturing zones. The main features of this unit includes Drying of reduced and increased tension webs, evaporation values of a maximum of 200kg/m2/h, unrestricted functional operating widths and Operating temperatures of 450oc.
