This is a Multiload Palletising which is designed for larger production facilities. This unit features its compact design that conquers only a small amount of working area. It could take up a disproportionate amount of floor space making it efficient in limited working area. The system works simply by accumulating and palletising a series products coming from number of production lines. It manages buffer lanes having each lane have at least a length of complete pallet load and a number of high-speed palletisers. The buffer lanes are created so that the product will run in the machine in an organized manner. Each palletisers keeps a certain number of product where in it could maximized its speed and time without compromising the product lane.
