Hartness Model 6600 is a single file, high speed DYNAC that provides FIFO accumulation, pressure-less product handling, as well as unique line balancing characteristics for a variety of rigid and flexible container types. The unit comes in 3 other models: DYNAC 6200 for floor level single file FIFO accumulation, DYNAC 6400 for versatile FIFO accumulation and DYNAC 7100 for floor level sequential accumulation.

Other benefits include increased line efficiency, reduced line pressure, metered downstream products, sequential first-in/ first-out accumulation, zero-pressure handling, easy-to-use line controls, smaller footprint, quick and simple changeover, low maintenance and operation etc.

The machine pitch measures 254mm with 6 base machine layers. The product clearance height is 153.9mm and an accumulation of 132.3mm. It also houses an accumulation extension of 198.1mm and 3 extension layers. The unit supports dynamically control of upstream and downstream product flow for consistent, pressure-less product conveyance, accumulation, buffering and line balancing benefits for packaging operation.
