Erie Technical Systems manufactures flexible screw conveyors for all types of bulk material transfers. Our conveyors are available in diameters of 3, 4, 6 and 8 along with custom lengths up to 25. The flexible screw conveyor design includes only one moving part a helical screw that turns inside a plastic tube. As the screw turns, product is carried up the length of the tube and falls out the exit. Conveyor tubes are made from UHMWPE (Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene). The feed hopper and exit chute are steel construction but can be made of 316 stainless steel.
