The Spirotec (SP) is a machine that conveys solid matter like drained residue, floating particles, treatment plant sludge, as well as various agro-industry products (pellets, shredded grass, poultry carcasses, etc). When equipped with a pressing device, Spirotec becomes Compactec (CP). This enables the user to obtain products with dryness above 30%. This machine is comprised of a stainless steel trough coated with a PEHD wear plate or stainless steel friction plates. Located in the middle of the trough, a coreless screw rotates, powered by a gear motor that does exceed 20 rpm. Simple and compact, this apparatus is available horizontally or inclined to up to 35° depending on the conveyed products. Motorization is either push or pull.
