CROSSROD BELT - GROUP 900

Crossrod belts have, opposite to free running belts, lateral guiding chains at their sides, thus hindering a sideward drifting.
In addition to this these chains absorb partially or completely the driving forces.

Features:

with straight crossbars of up to 20 mm diameter
partially / positively (completely) guided by side chains
chain pitches of 12,7 to 101,6 mm
with or without filler mesh of group 200, 400, 800 or 4000
widths of 2000 mm (if positively guided) resp. 1500 mm (if partially guided)
for temperatures from -100 °C to +400 °C
in various commercial and stainless steel grades galvanized or tinned, if needed


Application:
For transporting in washing, cooling & drying installation:

positively guided with crossbars of max. 20 mm for heavy products
partially guided with crossbars of max. 8 mm for light products
