The B-series are highly versatile gear units used vastly for industrial and civil applications having an extraordinary performance to lifespan and output torque to weight ratio. They are available in both cast iron and aluminium casings featuring sizes from 063 to 163, and A42 to A73 respectively. Other available sizes are A40, A50, and A70 in different versions like the BA that is fitted for motor coupling, IBA having an input shaft, and CBA with compact motor cases, and feet flange or universal power of up to 4.8 KW. It has either a Hypoboid bevel or a pair of gleason bevel gears in shaved or ground profile with 2-3 reduction stages with a run-in profile reduction ratios between 7,62 and 442,76, maximum torque of 450 Nm and a maximum admissible radial loads of 5.500 N.
