We produce buckets for big wheeled loaders and track loaders.

We developed special profiles to increase the penetration in rocky grounds
and to increase the wear resistance in very abrasive grounds. Our loader
buckets are always custom-tailored according to customer?s wishes.

We use the best materials available on the market, such as Hardox® 400,
450 and S355 for the bucket shell and Hardox® 500 for the bolt-on and wear plates .

We developed a special profile for buckets which work with hot slag at very
high temperatures. For this application we use Toolox® steel, which has
a great resistance to heat and maintains its mechanical and chemical
characteristic even in contact with very hot slag.

We can supply on request teeth and shrouds of the best brands available
on the market, such as ESCO® and MTG®.
