The SEA separator is used for separation of solid flame retardant admixture of air to the temperature of 300 ° C and up to 3000 Pa vacuum. Separator SEA is particularly suitable for the separation of coarse abrasive impurities in the wood processing industry - sawdust, shavings, chips. It can be used for separating fibrous material. SEA separator can be used as the first stage in multi-stage separation.
They are made in sizes 630, 1000 anD 1600 in arrangements of either single or in pairs, with or without a construction frame

Separators are used for separating non-adhesive, non-flammable and non-explosive dust from air to the temperature of +350 ° C.
Separators are designed primarily for vacuum ventilation systems, with application of a pressurisation system not excluded. Design consists of the difference in atmospheric pressure against the values ??± 8kPa.
Separator VPC is a steel structure. They are manufactured with a nominal diameter of 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600 mm. Depending on the position of the inlet into the separator, it is made either to the right or to left. Separators are fitted with VPC stands. Supply of air to the inlet nozzle separating article is tangent. After centrifugal separation of impurities in a chamber the air mass is purified then output through a tube into the atmosphere. Separated particles fall into the waste collector or removed by another device according to the given project. Appropriate placement of the separators is supplied by the assembler parts, their anchors, as well as other related HVAC equipment, where the designer of the separator system determines the equipment according to operating conditions and local environment.
