Flame photometry detector / for gas chromatography

The new Flame Photometric Detector Plus (FPD Plus) is equipped with innovative photomultipliers, proprietary deactivation treatments and other design enhancements that assists its lower MDL's upon utilization in sulfur and phosphorous modes.

Its design improvements ensures the increase in the FPD Plus' optimal operating temperature. All these features are also found in Agilent's dual-wavelenth version, the Agilent Dual Flame Photometric Plus Detector Plus (DFPD Plus).

The FPD Plus MDL (sulfur mode) is enhanced to 2.5 pg S/sec, the FPD Plus MDL (phosphorous mode) is enhanced to 45 fg P/sec and the FPD Plus maximum operating temperature was raised to 400°C.
