An under-hopper space through which some pressurized material flows down allows pressure on the material to dissipate, drastically reducing bridge phenomenon which is often seen in small dryers. (patent pending)
The separation of the hopper from the other components provides easy maintenance, material feeding, and cleaning. See the right figure.
A filter dust collector is equipped for higher and more consistent performance, compared to a cyclone duct collector.
