CARBON FIBER TOOLING

Norgren Automation Solutions is proud to offer custom carbon fiber booms that provide our customers with reduced automation maintenance while increasing part handling capacity and throughput. Each boom is specially designed to customer specifications and integrated into their unique application.

NAS carbon fiber booms combine the strength and rigidity of steel with the ergonomic benefits of a lightweight aluminum tool. Low deflection in demanding multi-axis applications improves productivity through greater part control.

Our common boom design reduces tooling size for ease of handling, reduced storage space and reduced risk of tool damage. Single-step air, electronic and tool identification connections speed set-up time and prevent tool address errors.
