The VA 400 is a Thermal flow sensor with integrated digital display that has various parameters for compressed air resp. m³/h, l/min, (1000 mbar, 20°C)and case of gases Nm³/h, Nl/min, (1013 mbar, 0°C). It follows the calorimetric measurement principle and have 2 x silicium chip sensor. It can operate up to -30...110°C probe tube which is made of stainless steel 1.4301,mounting length 220 mm, Ø 10 mm and -30...80°C housing and withstand pressure up to 50 bar. The gas types adjustable via software are air, nitrogen, argon, helium, CO2, oxygen. The device also has a pulse output for m³, an Inner diameter adjustable via keypad snd a resettable consumption counter. VA 400 is usable from 1/2? to 12? (DN 300).
