HS line is a real mix of flexibility and dynamicity. It includes aluminium heat exchangers plates&bars, vacuum braze welded, 100% personalized based on the clients specific requirements. These coolers are the result of the co-design synergy between Oesse and the machines manufacturers technical and R&D department. Only physical and mechanical limitations of the materials can reduce the number of possible configurations that characterized the HS range.

Compatible liquids: water+glycol, oil, diesel, air
Single and/or multi-circuit heat exchangers
Radiator cores with single, double or triple passes
Side by side, back to back or sandwich configurations
Possible By-pass integrated in the cooler core
Metal and/or ABS fan cowls, with special shapes to increase the cooling air flow
Standard fan systems powered by: AC single-phase and three-phase 230/400V ? 50/60 Hz; DC 12-24 V; Hydraulic with hydraulic engines GR 2/3; special voltage and frequency on request
Special fan systems: with electric B14/B5 motors; ATEX solutions, electric fans with integrated inverter, hydraulic fan driven with electronic control
Various accessories kits available upon request, with adjustable thermostats; fixed thermostats; softstart systems; rubber mounts; protection grids; oil filters; level indicators
This range of heat exchangers can be applied in industrial systems and in both stationary
and mobile machines.
