Dry cooler

The FC/90 Free-cooler is a modular air/water heat exchangers meant specifically for industrial cooling and are an ideal option for operations taking place with glycol requiring no additional water tank. The models of the series are equipped with brush-less electronic fans whose speed can be automatically controlled saving energy to a great extent supplying a cooling capacity of 44 to 1400 kW. These low water consumption devices are also optionally provided with a high efficiency ?SSS? misting system, that are capable of cooling water to a temperature that may be 5-8°C lower than the temperature obtained through traditional free-cooler. The coolers with easy installation and re-installation procedures facilitating future expansions as well have an extremely reduced footprint that is enabled through the ?V? mounted heat exchangers. The coils used in the systems of free-coolers are ensured to be of the dry type in order to eliminate any possibilities of scaling due to dirt or limestone. Also the system ensures contamination free process water and also restricts any contamination that may occur due to bacteria (legionella) or any other external agents.
