Enigma SH submersible mixers/homogenizers are designed for homogenizing liquid and viscous substances in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries.

DESIGN AND OPERATION

The SH-St (stand) submersible mixer/homogenizer is fixed on a liftable support and moves easily along a vertical rail. The homogenizer can operate in an open tank or it can be supplied with lids for standard tanks.

The SH-MM/MF (mounted) submersible mixer/homogenizer has a mounting with which it can be mounted on the edge of a tank. The MM homogenizer has an option of regulating the angle at which it is placed in relation to the side of the tank. The mounting of the MF model is fixed (so there is no change of angle).

The SH-series mixer/homogenizer creates intense circulation flows in the entire capacity of the tank without dead zones. In addition to macro-mixing, the high rotor speed creates turbulent flows, thus evenly distributing and directing particles along the entire area of the tank. The rotorstator working body provides maximum effect of mechanical energy within a very limited area.

SH-series submersible mixers/homogenizers are efficient in such applications as dissolving of powders, salts and sugars, making gels, stable emulsions and suspensions. The intense two-level mixing and high shearing force provide extremely fast acceleration of reactions and eliminate forming of lumps.

The Enigma SH submersible mixers-homogenizers are made of AISI304 and AISI316L stainless steel or other types at the clients request.
