SOFRAMIX is a dispersion mixer that is designed for applications in all types of industries involving liquid/liquid mixing operation and solid/liquid mixing operation.
This mixer is developed to meet the customers requirements and to guarantee an efficient and a productive operations.
The machine is designed with the best technical principles and the most proficient features in order to perform all the basic application and the most complex operations.

Our model SOFRAMIX Premium is designed and dedicated for "high viscosity" product, up to 1000000 Cp, and to do some emulsions.
This disperser has a vertical vessel, provided with 3 agitators.
Our rotor/stator dispersion tool is very efficient, with a high shearing action, and which allow to produce very small droplets.

SOFRAMIX Premium is used in many industrial applications, such as:
- cosmetic: ointments, gels, toothpastes...
- specialty chemicals: mastic, silicone...
- building construction: ready mix tile adhesives, decorative finishes...
- food: mayonnaise...

Our dispersers are also available with optional features, for customizing and upgrading the standard configuration of our mixers, such as Cleaning In Place system CIP, vessel designed to work with vacuum or pressure, vessel provided with a heat exchanger for thermal operations (to cool or heat the batch)...
