Infokiosk is a new concept of the client workplace with a comfortable 19-inch touchscreen and signature area (for biometric signature) which brings you unique possibilities for improvable and efficient work with your clients. This concept is specifically designed for banks, insurance companies, customer centers, mobile operators and wherever high emphasis on satisfied customersit is placed.
Infokiosk provides a possibility to apply real e-document management from the begining of a business case, to coordinate and control the electronic data flow, their acquisition, processing, storage, searching and distribution in effective way.

Infokiosk enables easy client identification with ID card or payment card through built-in chip card reader or contactless card reader. Preloaded data are automatically used for filling in business documents. This saves a lot of time and makes the business case for customer very easy even without intervention by your staff.

The special combination of touch-screen surface allows client to see the signature during signing. Significant feature of credibility is possibility to see signature in the document before and after document locking. Biometric signature is unique to each person, the possibility of falsification of the signature is almost zero.

With the Infokiosk you can provide a variety of printed documents only when they are really needed.
Infokiosk has a built-in sensor of printed pages. Green light informs the client that documents were printed, so will not remain forgotten in the printer.
