The HX-5 is designed to provide maximum light sensitivity and fast imaging. The camera is suitable for use in different applications, such as materials testing, component tracking, projectile tracking, and in pyrotechnics.

The unit utilizes a dual segment recording, which enables for the simultaneous recording at two imaging speed. The device is integrated with three versatile recording modes, namely: burst, multi-trigger, restart-trigger, and image trigger modes. Also, the product is integrated with a dynamic range expansion shutter.

In addition, the equipment features a CMOS sensor, that delivers an active pixels of 2560 x 1920. It offers a bit depth of 12/10/8, which can be programmed according to the customer's preference. The unit functions in a resolution time of 73 seconds.
