The KITAGAWA B-208 is a open centre chuck that is made up of a high grade alloy steel. This device is equipped with a three jaw wedge type power chuck that gives in a 20% more speed and gripping force. This type of open centre chuck can be used on soft and hard jaws. It operates with a maximum speed of 5000 rpm and a maximum pressure of 2.65 MPa or 27 cm2. In addition to the said features, this device has a jaw stroke diameter of 7.4 mm and a plunger stroke of 16 mm.
