The ZCTB series by Shanghai Joyal Machinery Global Site is a wet magnetic separator which comes in two kind of structures such as rotating and fixed. For fixed component, it is suitably used for wet sorting of fine particles that has strong magnetic capacity in an environment with weak magnetic field. On the other hand the rotating one is suitable for dry sorting fine strong magnetic minerals. The equipment simply work by when the slurry is injected in the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are detected by the cylinder surface until it completely absorbed all the contamination of the slurry. Also, it features its superior speed rotation that is much larger when compared with ordinary magnetic separator. This is the suitable unit in separating magnetic materials from certain operations.
