Overband magnetic separator / particle / industrial

These SEN-SM overband magnetic separator machines consist of a magnet around a belt, which extracts band turns. Units with electromagnets are SEN models and those with permanent magnets are SM models. The SM separators are typically sold as standalone units ready to operate after being set up. The SEN separators are supplied with an electric board for AC-DC conversion as well as command of the band motor.

Local control can be employed from the electric board for sending commands. Remote control use is also possible. Electric boards with advanced complexity are available, with accessories such as current relay, band side movement and revolution control, etc. There are also simple electric boards available, featuring a rectifying bridge and transformer. For the SM separators, thermal protection is provided.
