Magnetic iron removal tubes are cheap devices, suitable for extracting iron magnetic metals from inert materials in recycling facilities and for waste treatment, in the food industry, plastic and wood, in the recovery of metal ore from crushed appliances, cars, ?computer? WEEE, mineral crushing facilities, and are essential for the glass and ceramic industries.

Magnetic Tubes are used in hoppers, exiting or loading onto conveyer belts and augers, in suction pipeline transport or in gravity drops for the iron removal from grain, flour, powders, plastic granules, sawdust, etc.

These systems based on permanent magnet simplify the separation of iron material, allowing for automatic recovery without production stoppage, saving blade shredders, mills and grinders from potential damage, and guaranteeing a final product with no magnetic steel iron.
The ferrite permanent magnets allow for almost unlimited time duration and the tube does not require any maintenance, aside from cleaning /removal, which is planned and consistent of the captured iron material.
