The Metso's High Gradient Magnetic Separators are specifically designed to recover weakly magnetic material from non-magnetic matter down to extremely fine sizes. The High Gradient Magnetic Separators and filters are comprises of a unique magnetic system with high capacity magnetic fields up to 1,5 T or to 15,000 Gauss providing excellent control parameters that can handle and recover particles up to 1 mm resulting in superior metalurgical performance. Furthermore, The Metso's High Gradient Magnetic Separators is suitable for materials with more than 5 percent magnetically produced fractions applied in Hematite recovery, Pyrrhotite extraction, and Chromite fines recovery and/ or upgrading.
