The CJC? Piston Rod Oil Filter module collects and cleans drain oil from the piston rod stuffing boxes on 2-stroke engines.

The CJC? Piston Rod Oil Filter module has a large dirt holding capacity and retains the abrasive particles normally found in stuffing box oil.

The tank contains 75 L of drain oil. The oil is constantly circulated through the filter and the clean oil is automatically discharged to the engine. The amount of drain oil is logged for trend analysis, which makes it possible to monitor the condition of the stuffing boxes.

Despite the minor oil leakage from the stuffing boxes, filtration of the drain oil is still a profitable investment.
