Air compressor / piston / lubricated / stationary

The Helical compressor units can be installed quickly as they are delivered completely assembled, meaning that they can be put into operation without any issues. Only the piping and power supply line must be connected at the set-up site.

Atmospheric ambient air is sucked though a filter for the standard unit for pressure operation. The helical compression chamber has an asymmetric primary and secondary rotor. These are operated by a motor via belts. The weight of the motor is what is used to establish the tension of the belt.

It conveys from bottom to top with an integrated vacuum filter. Suitable acoustic devices can be used, such as noise reducing hoods, depending on the location of the installation. An optical maintenance switch indicates whether the air filter is soiled and this is located on the control panel. An electrical push button protects it.
