The new generation of the FLA series introduces the 5 axis machining center. The unit features a blend of milling machine's productivity and potential of a movable bridge machining center. All the axes offer higher dynamics and the customizable revolver or tool changer cutter-heads ensures optimal productivity of sector specific productions. The unit offers all the features at an ideal price/performance ratio. The unit demonstrates a unique blend of 80 mt/min rapid speed along with up to 0.8 g of X -Y -Z axis acceleration proving it highly suitable for trimming plastic, composite AND WOOD materials as well as for machining light alloys. The customizable and modular-designed extensible magazine is equipped with 8 stations for Hsk 63F and Hsk 63A as standard. Automated loading/unloading systems (rotary tables and parallel loaders) enables quick tooling of the machining center.
