Steel-bodied Parker 2A series pneumatic tie rod & heavy duty cylinders are made to be used in cases where regular aluminum-bodied pneumatic cylinders have the risk of being physically damaged from the exterior. Designed to NFPA and ANSI specifications, 2A cylinders can handle standard pressure upto 18 bar (250 psi) and can operate in a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C. Parker 2A series cylinders come in a range of bore sizes and any practical stroke length, and can be mounted in 15 standard styles. Parker 2A cylinders are available for filtered lubricated and non-lubricated air and can be designed specially according to specifications.
