Preheating oven / cabinet / gas-fired

Is a heating device of varying dimensions depending on the needs of the project. Using a thermal fluid boiler, heat is supplied to the radiators arranged inside the oven. Thermal insulation system using high density rockwool enables a system efficiency of 100%. Temperature regulation is done fully automatically by a microprocessor regulator, achieving high stability and accuracy. The usual temperature range of operation of the equipment ranges from 30 to 300 ° C.

Heating is performed by both radiation and convection which facilitates the transmission of heat to the pieces arranged inside the furnace. The equipment provides automatic opening and closing hinged doors with motorized arms. The doors are provided with sealing gaskets and manual closing with microswitches to avoid the heating during the open position. The system also has audible alarm and manual reset system.

The oven receives heated air from the battery (thermal oil-air heat exchanger) through a nozzle of upper and lower heating. Air ducts built in carbon steel plate. Support and anchorage are arranged on a suspended structure facilitating its linear expansion.

It is also planned execution also several independent heating bosoms. The device contains all elements to ensure the safety of operation.

It is a useful product for heating drums in the chemical and petrochemical sectors, as well as, in the metallurgical industry, and very suitable for preheating of molds for the plastic injection industry.
